Today the Macon Mayhem of the SPHL are proud to announce they have hired a new team Equipment Manager, Quinn Kennedy.
Kennedy comes to Macon after spending time at Quinnipiac with the reigning Division 1 Hockey National Champions. Along with a very successful tenure during a championship run at Qunnipiac, Quinn learned the ropes of the job behind the scenes of the Tampa Bay Lightning from 2018-2021 bearing witness to back to back Stanley Cups during his tenure at Amalie Arena where he would return with Qunnipiac to claim the National Championship.
“Having a solid support staff allows for the team to perform at its peak. Bringing on Quinn gives the Mayhem an equipment manager who has learned how to run a locker room from the best in the business. We are fortunate to have Quinn join the staff and are looking forward to the season.” Coach Nick Niedert said about the hire.
